How well does the college building design accommodate an ideal learning environment - based on models that have been shown to be successful and inclusive?
This following interactive checklist will enable you to encourage those involved in planning, or refurbishing, the building to assess whether their conceptual design meets the criteria listed within each of the following categories:
Adaptability;
Being Learning-Centred;
Collaboration and Connection with Community;
Designed for Health, Safety and Security and
Evidence of Aesthetic Quality.
To use the checklist, have a look at the statements in each section and click the checkbox depending on whether you agree or disagree.
Once you are happy with your choices, click the continue button to move to the next section - note that you won't be able to go back and amend your selection once you have progressed to the next section.
When you have completed all 5 sections you will have the opportunity to print out your responses to take away with you.
