Weight for Height Chart
The following table gives an indication of the acceptable body weight range for a person's height.
Take a straight line up from your height (without shoes), and a line across from your weight (with minimal clothes). Put a mark where the 2 lines meet. This point will indicate where you lie on the weight for height chart.
