Test Protocol when using Omron device

Correct measurement grip and posture:

1. In order to ensure an accurate measurement you must hold the unit correctly.

2. Wrap your middle finger around the groove of the handle.

3. Securely grasp the upper part of the electrode with your thumb and index finger.

4. Wrap the ring finger and little finger around the lower part of the electrode and press the palm of your hand firmly against the electrode.

5. Stand with feet slightly apart.

6. Hold your arms out straight at 90 degrees to your body without bending your elbows.

7. Do not move during the measurement.
