Taking a body fat measurement

Entering of personal data

Height, weight, age and gender are needed for the measurement.

1. Switch the unit on by pressing the ON/OFF button

2. Press the HGT button to enter your height.

3. Press the WT button to enter your weight.

4. Press the AGE button to enter your age.

5. Press the M/F button to enter your gender.

6. Your personal data has now been entered. Press the SET button to save it. The device will emit a beeping sound and display READY to indicate that it is ready for measurement.

7. Hold the unit and take a position as described in the 'Correct measurement posture'.
